Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Dovapay platform, website, or any related services (collectively, "the Service"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Dovapay.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Service. Continued use of Dovapay constitutes ongoing acceptance of these terms, including any future updates.

These Terms of Service apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use Dovapay. By creating an account, you expressly accept these terms.

Description of Service

Dovapay is an earning platform where registered users can deposit funds and earn cashback rewards, complete tasks to earn additional income, and participate in a referral program. Specifically, the Service offers:

  • Deposit Cashback: Users who make deposits via UPI earn 6% cashback on each approved deposit, credited to their Dovapay wallet.
  • Daily Tasks: Users can complete designated tasks to earn additional wallet credits, refreshed on a regular schedule.
  • Referral Commissions: Users earn commissions when people they refer make deposits on the platform.
  • Withdrawals: Users may withdraw their earned balance to their registered UPI ID, subject to the conditions outlined herein.

Dovapay reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time with or without prior notice.

User Registration

To use Dovapay, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to the following conditions:

  • Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the Service.
  • Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information updated.
  • One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted only one Dovapay account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension.
  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
  • Verified Mobile Number: Your account must be linked to a valid, personally-owned Indian mobile number verified via OTP.

โš ๏ธ Creating multiple accounts or using false identity information is a serious violation that will result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.

Deposits

Dovapay accepts deposits via UPI payment methods. By making a deposit, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • All deposits are final and non-refundable once processed.
  • The 6% cashback on each deposit is credited to your Dovapay wallet only after admin verification and approval of the payment.
  • Dovapay reserves the right to set minimum and maximum deposit amounts, which may change from time to time.
  • Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
  • Any deposit found to be fraudulent, disputed, or reversed by the payment provider will result in immediate account suspension and clawback of any associated cashback.

Processing times for deposit verification are typically within a few hours during business hours. Dovapay is not liable for delays caused by payment gateways or banking systems.

Withdrawals

Users may request withdrawal of their available wallet balance to their registered UPI ID, subject to the following terms:

  • Withdrawal requests are processed within 24โ€“48 business hours of submission.
  • A minimum withdrawal amount applies, as displayed on your account dashboard. This amount may be updated at any time.
  • Withdrawals are only processed to the UPI ID registered and verified on your account.
  • Dovapay reserves the right to request identity verification before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds.
  • Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended if Dovapay suspects fraudulent activity, policy violations, or pending investigations related to your account.

Dovapay strives to process all withdrawal requests promptly. In the event of technical delays or bank holidays, processing may take additional time beyond the standard 24โ€“48 hours.

Referral Program

Dovapay operates a referral program that allows users to earn commissions by inviting others to join the platform. The following rules govern the referral program:

  • Referral commissions are earned at a rate of 2% on deposits made by users you have directly referred.
  • Commissions are applied up to two levels of referral depth, as described in your account dashboard.
  • Referral commissions are credited to your wallet when the referred user's deposit is approved.
  • Manipulation of the referral program, including but not limited to self-referrals, creation of fake accounts, or coordinated artificial activity, is strictly prohibited.
  • Dovapay reserves the right to modify referral rates, commission structures, and program terms at any time with notice.
  • Referral commissions earned through policy-violating activity will be reversed, and involved accounts will be suspended.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Dovapay. Engaging in any of these will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may result in legal action:

  • Fraud: Any form of deceptive, misleading, or fraudulent conduct including false deposit records or manipulated screenshots.
  • Fake Accounts: Creating multiple accounts or accounts under false names or stolen identities.
  • Money Laundering: Using Dovapay for any illegal financial activity, including money laundering or funding of illegal activities.
  • Automated Activity: Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to artificially generate transactions or referrals.
  • Platform Abuse: Attempting to hack, exploit vulnerabilities, or disrupt the operation of the Dovapay platform.
  • Unauthorized Access: Accessing another user's account without authorization.
  • Misrepresentation: Falsely representing yourself as a Dovapay employee, affiliate, or official representative.

Account Suspension

Dovapay reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any user account at its sole discretion for any of the following reasons:

  • Violation of any provision of these Terms of Service.
  • Engaging in prohibited activities as described in Section 7.
  • Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
  • Suspected fraudulent activity, even if not yet confirmed.
  • Requests from law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
  • Prolonged inactivity combined with unusual account activity patterns.

Upon suspension or termination, your access to the platform will be immediately revoked. Any pending withdrawals may be cancelled. Dovapay may forfeit any wallet balance in cases of confirmed policy violations.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dovapay and its operators shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
  • Loss of profits, data, or goodwill resulting from service interruptions or modifications.
  • Errors, delays, or failures in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers.
  • Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
  • Any content or conduct of third parties on the platform.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Dovapay does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Changes to Terms

Dovapay reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. When changes are made:

  • The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised.
  • For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active users through the platform or via registered contact information.
  • Your continued use of Dovapay after the effective date of revised terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. If you do not agree with revised terms, you should discontinue your use of the Service.
